We collect the following data when creating an account or when using the platform:

• Company
• Business email adress

1.3 For what purposes do we use this data?

This data is used for the following purposes:

• Creation and management of the user account
• Access to the LUCEED platform
• Billing and management of the contractual relationship
• User support and customer relations

1.4 What is the legal basis for the processing?

The data processing is based on:

• Performance of the contract between LUCEED and the user/customer
• LUCEED’s legitimate interest, particularly regarding continuous service improvement
• LUCEED reserves the right to collect certain technical or statistical data on an occasional basis for product improvement purposes, in compliance with the company’s legitimate interest.

1.5 Data retention period

Data is retained for the duration of the contractual relationship and for a maximum of 5 years after its termination, unless otherwise required by law.

1.6 Subcontractors and hosting

Personal data is processed by LUCEED and hosted in Europe via OVH. The tools used include:

• Stripe (payment)
• HubSpot (customer relations and CRM)
• OVH (hosting)

2. Data processed on behalf of our clients (GDPR data processing)

2.1 Types of data processed

LUCEED processes the following data on behalf of its clients:

• Last name
• First name
• Company
• Job title
• Link to a public profile

2.2 Source of the data

All data processed for clients is sourced exclusively from public and freely accessible online sources (institutional websites, user pages, public resume databases, etc.).

2.3 LUCEED’s role as data processor

LUCEED acts strictly as a data processor, in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR, and processes this data solely on behalf of and under the instructions of the client. The data is not shared, sold, or used for any purpose other than the one contractually defined with the client. When appropriate, a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is offered to clients to legally govern the processing relationship in compliance with the GDPR.

2.4 Data retention period

Data processed on behalf of clients is retained only for the time necessary to provide the service, and then deleted within a maximum of 12 months, unless otherwise instructed by the client or required by law.

2.5 Data location and security

Data is stored in Europe on OVH servers, which meet the highest security standards. LUCEED implements technical and organizational measures to ensure confidentiality, integrity, and security of the data processed.

3. Your rights

In accordance with the GDPR, any user whose data is processed by LUCEED has the following rights: Access, Rectification, Deletion, Restriction, Portability.
