GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions are intended to define the terms of access, use, and sale of the LUCEED service, a SaaS Sales Intelligence solution offered by the company LUCEED, a simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with a share capital of €44,000, registered with the Lyon Trade and Companies Register under number 941 137 747, whose registered office is located at 1 rue de Marseille, 69007 Lyon, France.

2. Target audience

The LUCEED service is intended exclusively for professional (B2B) customers.

3. Access to the service

Use of the LUCEED service requires the creation of a user account, which must be approved by the LUCEED team.

4. Service description

LUCEED enables B2B sales teams to monitor decision-maker movements (arrivals, departures, role changes) within a defined scope. Data is provided:

• via files sent by email,
• or through integration into the client’s CRM tools, according to their configuration.

Access to the service may occur within a few days following payment confirmation.

5. Subscription & financial terms

LUCEED operates on a monthly or annual subscription model. Pricing varies based on the volume of data processed on behalf of the client. Payment may be made by credit card, SEPA direct debit, or standard invoicing. LUCEED grants the right to use its solution subject to payment of the subscription fee.

6. Termination

Termination outside of a commitment period is possible by sending a request via email, subject to a one-month notice period.

7. Intellectual property

LUCEED is the exclusive owner of all intellectual property rights relating to its algorithm and all elements made available to users. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, extraction, or reuse of the service or its code is strictly prohibited. In particular, the following are forbidden:

• Reverse engineering,
• Resale,
• Use for competitive purposes.

8. Personal data

The terms relating to the collection, processing, and storage of personal data are detailed in the privacy policy, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

9. Applicable law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Lyon Commercial Court.
